Welcome to EverGLO. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EverGLO website at everglo.co, our digital products, and the EverGLO community platform (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
EverGLO is operated by EverGLO LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our").
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You may create an account using a magic link sent to your email address or through Google or Apple single sign-on. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information.
EverGLO sells digital products, including guides and educational content. Upon completing a purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the purchased content for your own professional development.

All content on the Service, including text, images, graphics, guides, and software, is the property of EverGLO LLC or its content creators and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the EverGLO name, logo, or trademarks.
You retain ownership of content you post in the community ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant EverGLO LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use your User Content in connection with the Service. You represent that you have the right to post any content you submit.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Our guides provide educational content and do not guarantee specific business results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EverGLO LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access purchased content may be revoked.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
