EverGLO LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Minnesota limited liability company, operates the website at everglo.co (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information when you use the Service.

  • Account information: name and email address when you sign up
  • Purchase information: name, email, and payment details (processed by Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers)
  • Community content: posts, replies, and profile information you share in the community
  • Communications: emails or messages you send to us

Information Collected Automatically

  • Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps
  • Cookies: session cookies to keep you logged in (see Section 5)
  • Analytics: anonymized usage data via Google Analytics to understand how the Service is used

Information from Third Parties

  • Google Sign-In: name, email, and Google account ID if you choose to log in with Google
  • Apple Sign In: name, email, and Apple user ID if you choose to log in with Apple
  • Stripe: payment confirmation and transaction details (we do not receive or store your full credit card number)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service, including delivering purchased content
  • Process payments and send purchase receipts
  • Send transactional emails (magic links, order confirmations, community notifications)
  • Operate the community platform
  • Improve the Service and develop new features

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

  • Stripe: to process payments securely
  • Mailgun: to send transactional emails (login links, receipts, notifications)
  • Google Analytics: anonymized usage data for understanding Service usage
  • Google / Apple: only during the authentication process if you use SSO
  • Legal compliance: if required by law, court order, or governmental authority

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Purchase records are retained for accounting and legal purposes. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

5. Cookies

We use the following cookies:

  • Session cookie (everglo_s): keeps you logged in for up to 30 days. Essential for the Service to function.
  • Google Analytics cookies: anonymized analytics to help us improve the Service. You may opt out by using a browser extension or adjusting your browser settings.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption, secure password-less authentication, and secure payment processing through Stripe. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your account and personal data
  • Opt out of non-essential communications (community digest emails)

  • The right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.
