Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 1, 2026

Digital Products

All EverGLO products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase. Because digital products cannot be "returned" once accessed, all sales are final.

We stand behind the quality of our content. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased product, please contact us at hello@everglo.co and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions

In rare circumstances, we may consider a refund request on a case-by-case basis if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same product (duplicate charge)
  • A technical error prevented you from accessing the product and we are unable to resolve it

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by emailing hello@everglo.co with your order details.

Community Access

Access to the EverGLO community is included with product purchases and is subject to the same refund policy as the associated product.
